Did you know a child’s bike can provide a child with a sense of independence and an opportunity to incorporate fun physical activity into their summer?
United Way of Colchester County’s Bikes for Kids program gives local children, that would not be able to otherwise, the opportunity to own a bike. United Way collects gently used bikes from the community for volunteers to tune up and distribute to children in Colchester County.
Interested in a bike or know of someone who needs one? Fill out the bike form and email it back to us. The email address is located at the bottom of the form. You can also drop it off at our office. Note the program is over for 2019.

How your gift makes a difference
A gift to the Bikes for Kids Program helps to ensure all children have the same access to fun and physical activity. Owning a bike allows a child to join their friends on summer adventures and gives them a chance to be physically active.
