These brand-new, modular homes are built to offer high-quality homes in a compact footprint. Prospective tenants who are local to the area and have a steady, moderate income could be eligible to rent one of 19 rental units. Rents range from at $550-708 per month + utilities for a 1-bedroom and $884 per month + utilities for a 2-bedroom, for household incomes between $25,800 – $45,000. Units range in size from 395 sq ft to 592 sq ft.
There are limited 2-bedroom units and accessible units available – if you are in need of an accessible unit, please disclose that in your application.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people for 1-bedroom units and 4 people for 2-bedroom units.
Rent includes water, parking for one vehicle, garbage removal and snow removal from common areas. Electricity and other utilities and tenant insurance are the responsibility of the tenant.
A damage deposit equivalent to half of one month’s rent is required and will be held in trust. Pets are allowed and are limited to 2 per unit.
